Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Cookie pie


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell


  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, sugars and beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pie shell
  3. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
  4. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream!
