Pepperoni or Cheese – Cheesy Bread

Pepperoni Bread

  • 1 LB frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozz
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • Salt

  1. Spread out thawed dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Cover with Mozz and Italian seasoning and dash of salt all over.
  3. Roll up dough like a jellyroll and pinch seams together. Place, seam side down, on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 375 for 40 mins, or till golden brown. Let it sit for 5-10 mins after removing from oven.

You can add beaten eggs or butter to the top and/or the inside before you roll.

Also adding some pepperoni or sausage works! 🙂

OH I was too impatient to wait 2 hours for the dough to thaw. Popped it in the microwave for 15 mins on 10% heat. Worked like a charm!

  1. Marielle, This recipe was really fun for a casual Friday night supper! I made my own dough, but didn’t have quite enough whole wheat flour, so I added some rye flour to the mixture. Then I followed your steps. It turned out spectacular! My husband also made one with Mediterranean Colby Jack cheese and that was delicious too. I’m always checking out your updated site for yummy ideas 🙂
