- Box of couscous, your choice, I choose Olive Oil blend
- Lemon juice
- Feta (crumbled or chop it yourself)
- Fresh Basil
- Parsley flakes
- Prepare couscous from directions on box. Let it cool down a little bit.
- Stir in some lemon juice to your desired taste. Add salt-n-pepper and parsley flakes.
- Chop up Basil and blend in as well as crumbled or cut up feta.
