Brie and Green Apple on Crostinis


Brie and Green Apple on Crostinis:


  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 loaf french bread, sliced into 1/2″ slices
  • 2-3 green apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Small round of Brie Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Toast French bread slices on baking sheet until golden.
  3. Remove rind from Brie and slice into 1/4″ thickness.
  4. Core and slice green apples into thin slices.
  5. Mix brown sugar, apples and melted butter together in a ziploc bag.
  6. Top each slice of bread with a piece of brie and a slice of apple.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake until cheese melts (approx 4-5 mins). Don’t let the cheese burn!
