I was overdue on making a HUGE batch of my in-famous Sausage Vodka Cream Sauce. I jarred up a few for family and co-workers and boy does this stuff get scarfed down FAST!
I love using good Hot Italian Sausage to give a nice punch, and I typically use a TON. This time I forked the sausage lightly to have Chunks the size of Peanut M&M’s and then crumbles which thicken the sauce. I also decided to chop up some Canned Whole Tomatoes to give it more chunk as well.
End result was DE-LI-CIOUS! I highly recommend making this for a Family get together or dinner party. Such a hit!
