Jalapeno Burgers with Bleu Cheese Sauce
We had tons of Venison meat so I wanted to jazz up some traditional burgers for a nice summertime BBQ. I love throwing things into the patties, gives it so much more character and texture… DELISH!
I prepared the meat, left the grill to the boys while I worked on this delicious Bleu Cheese Sauce. What was nice about this was the extra texture and flavor of the leeks, it really made such a nice difference. The contrast in the spicy burger with the rich creamy sauce paired beautifully!
We ended up sopping up some of the sauce with the buns… you know me and condiments… everyone was calling me Kobayashi since my burger was so “wet”
haha
Tasted delicious though!!
